Serendipity is the only word that could ever define how Radio Ranch came together. After years spent living in Nashville and Oklahoma at the same time, Rhett Henry Baxter and Camille Kelly found each other through a life of adventure and creativity while on the west coast—living on the road, climbing, skiing, and pursuing an alternative lifestyle. after realizing their common passion for music and songwriting, they recorded their first album ‘ten sleep’ and went on their first two tours.

After nearly 9 months of touring as a duo, they returned to Whitefish, MT, to meet drummer Johnny Wall, a California renegade raised on surf rock and the bakersfield sound who took to the punk rock scene earlier in his career.

Inspired by the cosmic american roots music of the late 60s and traditional country, Radio Ranch has long been in love with the freedom of wide-open country and the people within it. Their music reflects the same.

‘Ten Sleep’

“Writing from the point of view of the traveller, they bring a new perspective to the traditions and landscape of Americana, rock n roll, and Traditional Country music. The result is a vintage sound and style juxtaposed with modern material to create a truly timeless and intimate form of storytelling.”
